We have provided employment to hundreds of women from underprivileged communities of the society and ensured safe work atmosphere for them. The numbers speak for themselves; 70 % of our employees are women. Financial independence and women-friendly work culture at our facilities have changed the lives of these women entirely.

Through supporting of local cuture, especially Yakshagana Talamaddale, which is an ancient art form that celebrates debate, freedom of speech and opinions, we aim to contribute toward building a more liberal and open world.

When the government launched a scheme to provide rice and edible oil to below poverty line families, we gladly decided to be a small part of this initiative by supplying edible oil for this scheme. We are proud to have contributed in this massive fight against malnutrition.
